After the public release of Windows 10 Anniversary Update. The company has already started working on the second part of the update which will arrive in 2017.
The upcoming update is code-named Redstone 2 and its first public build number 14901 is available for the users who have enrolled in the Windows Insider Program.
As expected there is nothing new in this build. After installing this build we found that the company has made no changes to the user interface nor released any major or new features. They have only improved the core operating system.
Known Issues in the Build 14901 of Windows 10
- Support for kernel debugging over 1394 has been removed, but will be available in an upcoming kit release. A workaround will be posted to the Debugging Tools for Windows Blog shortly.
- Adobe Acrobat Reader crashes when you try to launch it.

Updated File Explorer
File Explorer in Windows 10 received a new feature “Notifications within File Explorer“. This feature will help the customer by giving easy and quick information about the thing users can do or the latest features users can try to enjoy a better experience with Windows 10.
In case, you want to opt out of these notifications, then you can uncheck “Show sync provider notification” which is available in the Options menu in the File Explorer View Tab.
Updated Product Key Page
We noticed another change in the Product Key Page of the Windows 10. There is another option which reads “I’m reinstalling Windows 10 on this PC” next to link to buy a Windows 10 product key.

Download and Install Windows 10 Build 14901 of Redstone 2
Launch the Settings App -> Update & security -> Windows Update -> Check for the Update -> Download Update -> Follow the Instruction to Install it.
