You can also add your favorite folder to the left side (not the side with live tiles) of the Start menu so that you can access them quickly. Here is what you need to do:

1. Launch the Settings app by pressing the WIN + I hotkeys.

2. Click on the Personalization – > Start.

3. On the right pane, scroll down until you find “Choose which folder appear on Start” link. Click on it.

4. Here you will get a list of all the system folder. Simply enable the folder which you want to appear on the Start menu.

Note: By default, the File Explore folder is enabled.

If you want to add a custom folder to the Start menu, then you can also do that. It will appear on the right size of the Start menu accompanied with live tiles.

For that, you just need to make right-click on the folder and from the context menu, select “Pin to Start” and it will appear like shown in the following image:

10. Rename Groups of Tiles in the Start Menu in Windows 10

In the Start menu, you will notice title above the groups of titles. Some of the default titles are “Play and explore” and “Life at a glance“. You can also change those titles to anything anytime.

1. Launch the Start menu by clicking on the Start button.

2. Click on the heading which you want to rename.

3. Clear the text field and type your new title.

By default, on the left section of the Start menu, there are two categories named as Recently added and Most Used Apps. 2. Click on the Personalization -> Start.

3. On the right pane, turn off the options named as “Show recently added apps” and “Show most used apps
